Tiny Homes Welcome!
You can call your habitation on wheels whatever you like, but we’d sure like you to call Wheat Hill your home. We are open all year and the water line can be sufficiently winterized to protect it from freezing. Skirting that meets State codes is required.
Check out this fantastic offer for all our TH residents!
Our Community
Wheat Hill is a clean, quiet and affordable mobile home community featuring country living, yet minutes from all the amenities you could ever want. At only 42 spaces, it's truly a small community where you will look forward to coming home to at night.
History Established in 2007
This park has actually been around since the '70s and it used to be considered a nice place to live. Then the previous owner bought it and it totally went to hell. Every bad type of person you can imagine lived here. That all changed in 2007 when the business changed owners. The bad people and all the "drama" are gone. Since Wheat Hill started in April 2007, abandoned homes have been demolished and newer and much nicer homes have come in. Pads, water, and electrical have all been upgraded. Trees that were overgrown and falling on homes have all been cut down. New and spectacular landscaping is constantly going in and something is colorful all year long. Christmas decorations start in November and they get bigger and more elaborate every year.
