Please fill out the application and place it in an envelope
***All adult applicants are subject to background and credit checks***
If there is anything derogatory on the background check in the recent past or your credit is completely terrible, don't bother to apply. Standards for Wheat Hill are high.
THE FOLLOWING *MUST* BE INCLUDED WITH YOUR APPLICATION:
1. $40 cash or money order per adult (for background check, non refundable)
2. One completed application per adult
3. Proof of income (copies of pay stubs, etc.)
4. One copy of photo ID per adult
If you are missing any of these 4 items, your application will not be processed.
