Hello and welcome, Tiny Home enthusiasts!
Ever thought about building and then living in your own Tiny Home? Well, one young resident of Wheat Hill is going do just that and you are welcome to come along and see the process from start to finish. This is actually her second TH, so the finished home should be pretty spectacular. Every day she works on the home, we will post both exterior and interior pics of her progress. This means you will be able to see the build process in real time.
Enjoy the slideshow.

If you are looking for a place to live in your already built Tiny Home or one that you plan to build, why not check out Wheat Hill Mobile Home Community? We really like THs and would like to see more of them in the Community. It is a diverse and friendly group of people who live here and we’d love to see creative people like yourselves become residents.
Tiny Home Shells
The most difficult and labor-intensive part of any Tiny Home build is the shell on the trailer. This can seem overwhelming to a lot of people. One option is to have the shell built to RVIA standards and then you finish the inside as time and budget allow. Here are a few links to companies that offer this service. This is not an endorsement of their products and I am sure there are other companies that can offer similar products:

When you think about it, all you really need is a weathertight shell, a completed bathroom, and electricity. Then, you can finish the inside as quickly or as slowly as you like.
You really can do this. |
Tiny Home boasts elevator bed and penny floor
This house features an eight-foot, four-inch vee-nose frame that ends up looking like a ship’s bow. The unique shape meant they had more space on their limited footprint – even if it did make putting on the metal roof and Aspen shiplap ceiling a little challenging.
Once indoors, you will see how much time and effort has gone into its construction. The main bedroom is in the living area, using an elevator bed that pulls down from the ceiling when you require it. |
