MANAGER

• Small park in a small town. 
• Everyone owns their own home, so no rentals to deal with.
• No rent collection duties – everything is automated.
• You should have excellent communication skills to deal with both the residents and a demanding owner.
• Owner spends much of the year overseas, but wants to stay on top of everything that happens in the Community.  You should be the type of person who understands to whom you are responsible and be willing to follow directions.
• Compensation is a very nice and free 3/2 home and plus water/sewer/garbage paid.  Other utilities are your responsibility.  Will also get paid for mowing/edging and other work. This position does not pay a living wage.  However, it is great for a retired or other couple who want to stretch their income and live in country setting.
• Should either have gardening experience or be willing to learn.  If you do not like caring for plants, please don’t apply.  Owner is a professional landscaper and has high standards for the Community.
• The following skills are mandatory:  Proficiency with Word, taking and sending pics, scanning and printing documents, detail oriented for handling legal documents such as leases, frequent checking of e-mail as that is how the owner likes to communicate.
• Painting, construction, renovation, previous rental housing experiences all huge plusses.
• Mowing with a commercial mower on slopes is part of the job.  You must be in good enough shape to handle this task as it is central to keeping the Community looking good.
• Owner either has or will provide everything you could possibly need to do your job.
• Average hours for this job work out to 5-10 per week.  Summers are busy, but virtually nothing happens in the winter.
• Operations manual provided with detailed instructions for just about everything.
